With Hana & Wasim

The world gets smaller and smaller by the day. A Facebook friend of Simon’s recommended us to Wasim for their wedding celebrations. Arberor and Wasim both work for an awesome graphic design company called We Convey. They are such a talented team, working with brands such as Inayah and British Muslim TV. We knew it would be an absolute honour to work with Hana & Wasim, especially with Wasim having a strong creative background.

Sonia worked alongside Hana for her Mehndi celebration. An intimate occasion with her closest family and friends. It was then time for the big day.

Hana’s preparations took place at their venue, Grand Sapphire Hotel & Banqueting in Croydon, London. Wasim was with his loved ones at his family home. On this day we worked alongside our favourite wedding videographers, Adam & Rachel of The Wedding Filmmakers. Adam and Simon spent the morning with Wasim, whilst Rachel & Sonia were with Hana.

After the Nikkah Islamic Ceremony, we went to Coombe Wood for their wedding day couple shoot. The sun was nice and low, which was perfect timing. After this it was time for their grand evening reception, where there were emotional speeches, which even got us teary eyed. There were also some traditions and personal touches that took place throughout the day.

Overall, their schedule was quite relaxed, which meant that they were able to be in the moment. They got to enjoy the day for what it was alongside their loved ones.

We are currently working on their album, which has some unique touches, including their own wedding branding featuring on the box and album cover.
