Gorcott Hall Wedding in Warwickshire

With Charlotte & Paul

As it is now Autumn and those sun filled frosty mornings are just around the corner, we thought it was about time that we share Charlotte and Paul’s wedding. Last November, this awesome pair had their Gorcott Hall wedding in Warwickshire. As Charlotte’s family are from down south and Paul’s are from up north, they felt it would be best to meet in the middle. The Heart of England – good ol’ Warwickshire.

This wedding has a very special place in our heart’s. Charlotte and Paul are such a fun loving couple and simply put their personalities into the day every way that they could. There were so many hand-made, thoughtful touches. Bear’s featured throughout the day, as this is what they nickname each other. Charlotte and Paul met in the shop at university, as Paul would go to see Charlotte whilst she was working – always purchasing a Fanta and a Galaxy chocolate bar. These became the favours on their wedding day.

There was one really sweet moment that stood out to us on the day. Before Charlotte’s flower girl entered the ceremony room, her nerves kicked in. She turned to a member of staff who was at the door, who let her peer in to see that it wasn’t so scary. This moment melted our hearts. It’s a big responsibility being a flower girl!

In Summary

We absolutely loved being part of Charlotte & Paul’s day and had so much fun. We have kept in touch as good friends since. Not to mention, Gorcott Hall wedding venue in Warwickshire is such a beautiful and intimate setting. We cannot recommend it enough, especially as it is so perfectly run by Four Leaf Clover.

P.S. An ice cream cart is always welcomed by wedding guests, even during the winter months!
