Best of 2018

It’s that time again, where we round up (SOME OF) our favourite images from the year. Do you realise how hard it is to organise a ‘Best of 2018’ post, when between you you’ve shot over 160,000 photos!

Well, we got there in the end and yes we bickered over what to choose. That aside, what a year it has been! From a business point of view, 2018 has been our best yet. We cannot thank every single couple enough for giving us the honour of photographing their special day. We’ve loved every second shooting and the loving words we have received back, once sending images over, have made us feel thankful to have the best job in the world!

We’ve been to some awesome venues with some of our favourites being; the relaxed Hadsham Farm and Hyde House, as well as the beautifully grand Hylands Estate. We have also had the pleasure of working alongside couples who chose to get married in more personal locations, such as at family homes. We have worked alongside some truly talented vendors; The Flower Girls, Baker St Cakes and Bryony Dalton to name a few.

On Reflection

One thing that 2018 made us realise was that you have to treasure each and every year. We learn so much off every couple that we work with, but this year we realised more than ever how you must treasure your loved ones. We have been in tears ourselves due to learning about some battles that our couples and their loved ones have had to face. It is all the more reason why we love what we do and why it is important to celebrate the good times.

We cannot wait to see what 2019 has to offer. We take forward a wealth of experience from this year, with plenty of fresh ideas for this years couples.
