We do love seeing you,
share our images, so please do get in touch.

 

We are more than happy to share images, as long as our couples are happy. We do ask them in their pre wedding questionnaire. We ask you to contact us directly as we do have an image usage policy.

Please do be patient with us, especially during wedding season. Getting images to couples comes first and has to be our main priority.

We tend to have more time across the quieter season to do the admin involved with sharing galleries. This is why we created this form, in hope that we can keep track better, as we often get messages on Instagram straight after the wedding – and we all know Instagram messages get lost easily.

We have an up to 4 month turn around time on images for couples, so please keep this in mind when reaching out.

As a bit of information, image copyright remains with us, not the couple. This is across the board with photographers. Couples receive images for personal use, so you should obtain permission from the photogrpaher before using any images for business purposes.

We just ask that you PLEASE stick to the image usage policy outlined here.

SOCIAL MEDIA

Please can you TAG US both on the image and within the caption – this ensures that we get full acknowledgement and it is what we do on our posts for other suppliers.

WEBSITES

Please can you BACKLINK our website where ever you use the image(s) – this benefits us both SEO wise. But please ensure that it is a visible, so that couples looking know that the image is our work.

IMAGES MUST REMAIN UNALTERED

Please DO NOT ALTER the images in any way, as ultimately it destroys the hours of editing that we put in. This includes switching to black and white, adding filters and croping. A square crop on Instagram is understandable.

PRINT

If you need images for print usage, please CONTACT US SPECIFICALLY with your requirements. We have different terms and conditions for print usage.

WEDDING BLOGS / PUBLICATIONS

Please let us know where you aim to submit images when it comes to wedding blogs and publicactions.

Ultimately, we would ask the same as with social media and with websites, to be CREDITED CLEARLY with tags / backlinks.

We want to keep track of where images are used, so please inform us before using the images, so we can benefit together.
